Seventeen paddlers showed up for a windy paddle on the Mohawk River. Participants paddled upstream past cliffs and saw an immature eagle, a heron, ducks and geese, swallows, blooming shad trees, and a beaver who slapped his tail at us. Lots of peepers were heard at the picnic PCM. A nice evening was had by all.
