Summary of presentation:
Gray Wilkins is an extreme wilderness athlete with a passion for taking on new mental and physical challenges to continually enhance his zest for life. In 2014 he climbed the 26,908 foot tall Cho Oyu Mountain in the Himalayas, the 6th highest mountain in the world. As Gray said in an Adirondack Sports and Fitness article, “Anything that you can find to do that keeps you from becoming too easily satisfied with yourself is good, whether it’s a physical or mental challenge. I hope that stays true for me for the rest of my life.”
