I led a hike with Kelly and Nancy up the Mt. Tremper trail to the fire tower. It was a beautiful, mild winter day. We encountered many other hikers. The waterfalls along the way were lovely and full, and at the top of the fire tower there was a 360 view of the mountains and Ashokan Reservoir. There was little ice on the trail and only a thin layer of snow near the summit.
